AVG Grease Ciatim-221 is a synthetic oil-based lubricant thickened with a complex calcium soap and enhanced with antioxidant additives. variety of conditions.

Applications

CIATIM-221 is specifically designed for:

• Lubricating friction units, electric motors, control systems, and precision devices.

• Applications with shaft/output speeds up to 10,000 min⁻¹.

• Metal-to-metal and metal-to-rubber contact surfaces.

• Operation in vacuum environments with residual pressures as low as 666.5 Pa.

• Functionality across a wide temperature range:

  • –60°C to +150°C (normal operation)

  • Short-term overheating up to +180°C is permissible.

Key Performance Properties

• Water-insoluble but hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from the air).

• Thermally stable, remains effective even when exposed to boiling conditions.

• Moisture resistance increases upon water absorption.

• Exhibits low anti-wear performance—not recommended where high wear resistance is critical.

• Chemically resistant and non-reactive with most rubbers and polymeric materials.
